Privacy Policy

This is an unofficial, fan-made game ("the Game"). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SpaceX.

What we store

Consent

On first visit you choose whether to allow non-essential ad/analytics scripts. In the EU/UK and California these default to off until you accept. You can clear your choice by clearing site data.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of any purchase data tied to your email by contacting support. Most game data lives only in your browser and is removed when you clear site data.

Third parties

Stripe (payments), and — if you consent — Google AdSense/Ad Manager (ads) and a privacy-respecting analytics provider. Each has its own privacy policy.

What is stored on your device

The game keeps its state in your browser's local storage, not on a server. That covers your campaign progress and best grades, your settings (volume, quality, camera preferences), your cookie-consent choice, your most recent replay, and — if you bought the Mission Control Pass — your licence key. None of it is transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data for this site erases all of it permanently. There are no accounts, so there is nothing for us to look up about you.

Advertising

The written pages of this site (this one, the Flight Manual, the catch explainer, the glossary, the FAQ, the About page) carry Google AdSense advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology to serve and measure those ads, and in some regions that requires your consent — which is what the banner on your first visit asks for. Declining non-essential cookies is a genuine option and does not restrict any part of the site or the game.

You can review and change Google's own advertising settings at My Ad Center, and read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. The game itself carries no Google advertising — the /app/ screen serves no third-party ad code at all.

Payments

The Mission Control Pass is processed by Stripe. Payment details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never seen by, sent to, or stored by this site — we receive only confirmation that a purchase succeeded, plus the email address you gave at checkout, which exists so a lost licence key can be recovered. Stripe's handling of your data is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.

Your rights, children, and changes

Because the site holds no account data, most access and deletion requests resolve themselves: clear your browser storage and nothing about you remains. For the purchase email tied to a licence key, you may request access or deletion at any time by writing to cyberwizardbusiness@gmail.com — including if you are exercising rights under the GDPR or CCPA. Deleting that record means a lost key can no longer be recovered.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information. If this policy changes in a way that affects what is stored or shared, the change will be described on this page.
